The First District Court of Appeals is currently evaluating whether to adjust the start time of its oral arguments from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
By shifting the start time to 9:30 a.m., the Court hopes to provide a more manageable morning schedule that allows for adequate preparation time, reduces travel stress, and aligns more closely with other local court schedules.
