The First District Court of Appeals held off-site arguments for the first time since 2019 at Finneytown Elementary on August 23, 2022. As part of the First District’s “Courtroom in the Community” initiative, events like these give Hamilton County residents the opportunity to observe the judicial system in action. At this event, Presiding Judge Marilyn Zayas, Judge Robert Winkler, and Judge Ginger Bock heard arguments for two different cases before participating in a question-and-answer session.
