In September, the First District Court of Appeals evaluated whether to adjust the start time of its oral argument from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and sought feedback from attorneys who appear before the Court. After receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback to the Court’s proposed adjustment, the First District will implement the new 9:30 a.m. start time for oral arguments effective January 1, 2026.
