Administrative and Presiding Judge Beth A. Myers held a ceremony on January 18, 2022 to swear in two newly appointed magistrates for the Court. Court Administrator Julie Kahrs Nessler and Assistant Court Administrator Angela Hayden will fill the roles.
As magistrates, Ms. Nessler and Ms. Hayden will be able to rule on certain procedural motions as authorized by the judges.
